As a Master Level Personal Trainer and veteran of the United States Air Force, my passion is teaching individuals of all levels and ages to achieve their health and fitness goals. With over 40,000 hours of experience, I have been helping clients in Tucson since 1994 and now offer coaching services globally. I understand the struggles that come with diet and exercise and strive to add value to your life in any way possible.

I offer personal training, Health and Wellness coaching over the phone and online, and Tai Chi to clients looking to improve their overall well-being. My coaching services provide reassurance and accountability from a professional, ensuring that you remain focused on your goals. I have seen and experienced almost every possible scenario, meaning that whatever your challenges may be, I can guide you through them.

Using the NextDoor app, I found Mark and was drawn to his online videos. He appeared at ease working with elderly individuals, making him a great fit for my needs since I am overweight, out-of-shape, and unaccustomed to incorporating fitness into my routine. Given my sedentary lifestyle, it was paramount that I find a trainer who understood and empathized with the difficulty I would experience starting my fitness journey. After reviewing Mark's work, I was convinced he was the ideal candidate. Though I have completed only three sessions with Mark thus far (a death in the family and overseas travel interrupted my momentum), I can attest to his effectiveness. From the first session, I saw immediate improvements. Mark remained a constant presence throughout, motivating me during exercises and providing moral support when needed. His unwavering dedication to fitness is palpable, and there is no doubt he has a passion for sharing it with others. To be honest, it was genuinely tough for me, and I was unsure if I'd be able to complete it. Nonetheless, Mark continued to inspire me and spur me on throughout the hour-long exercise regimen, every rep signifying a significant accomplishment. In the end, my trembling legs carried me down to my vehicle after our grueling session. Without Mark, there's no way I could have gone on for even ten minutes. Upon my return to the United States, Mark and I have planned an additional eleven sessions. He assured me that he will assist me in my pursuit of incorporating more fitness into my life and shedding some pounds. Even the slightest change would be gratifying with his guidance. Plus, receiving a few reassuring fist pumps and "atta-girls" intermittently during exercises is an added boost!
