The Training Box is sure to impress. Its personal training section contains all the necessary tools for an exceptional workout experience. Furthermore, the CrossFit area is outfitted with exceptional equipment. The gym facility remains immaculate and is dutifully maintained. My trainer, Max, is friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging, plus he is flexible with my schedule. With every workout, I make progress, which makes the 27-mile trek to the gym worth it!

Having considered various personal trainers, I ultimately opted for Cooper, who was enthusiastic about meeting me prior to the sessions. Despite my knee condition, he adeptly incorporated exercises into our routines. I was impressed by his approach from the outset and, despite giving it my all during each session, I seldom experience soreness afterwards. Cooper targets every muscle group in every workout, leaving me confident that I can attain my fitness objectives.
