Within 24 hours, I arranged for a service man to inspect my Kitchenaid fridge. Ivan promptly diagnosed the issue as a failed air damper control in my 11-year-old fridge. He provided a quote and promptly ordered the requisite part. Within a week, my refrigerator was repaired and functional thanks to the skill and professionalism of Ivan and the Solo Appliance team.

Alex was amazing! He provided excellent service in every aspect. Despite not being able to repair my fridge, Alex went out of his way to give it a shot! Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed due to manufacturer issues, not a fault of Solo. I will certainly use this company again and recommend them to everyone! Their customer service is outstanding, and they always respond to calls and texts in a timely manner. Alex was professional, efficient, punctual, considerate, and friendly.
