Hello! My name is Mandy Li, and I am the founder of The Strength Collective. I began my personal training career in 2012, and after working for a corporate gym for five years, I decided to start my own company. My passion for movement and strength training, as well as my desire to teach and help others, led me to create The Strength Collective. This is a haven where you can come as you are, work on yourself both inside and outside of the gym, and connect with others who share the same goals.
At The Strength Collective, we focus on training with intention. We prioritize quality over quantity of movement, and we strive to get stronger every day. I firmly believe that we are stronger together than we are individually, and I look forward to partnering with you as we embark on this journey towards holistic fitness.
My qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and accreditation as a StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1&2 and StrongFirst Lifts (barbell) trainer. Additionally, I am a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and Precision Nutrition Level 2 coach.

Working with Mandy provides assurance in your ability to exercise safely and independently, free from the risk of injury. My life has completely transformed since beginning my training with Mandy! Approximately four years ago, I was recovering from an illness that caused me to lose a significant amount of weight. I was on a mission to restore my physical health and vigor. Despite my prior belief that I was adept in movement, I soon realized I had much to learn!
