The Steam Pros' Katrina is a true professional! Upon arrival in their neat and visibly clean van, Katrina promptly handed me her business card and introduced herself. Her pride in her work was apparent from the get-go. Our furniture cleaning exceeded our expectations, prompting us to also request carpet cleaning which she promptly completed on-site.
