In summary, their performance was outstanding. Punctual, efficient, and skilled, they installed two counter-tops and a backsplash with impressive results. I highly rate their craftsmanship and professionalism with five stars. However, my overall rating was impacted by an unauthorized discount given by one of their employees through CrackerJack. Although they initially attempted to retract the discount, we were able to resolve the issue.

After a different kitchen company failed to complete a project, Juan stepped in and did an outstanding job. Despite it being deemed a "small job" by many, Juan was highly attentive, prompt, diligent and supportive. He arrived fully equipped, was punctual, meticulous, and provided adequate explanation of the entire process while ensuring a tidy cleanup - an aspect some other contractors tend to disregard.

Although there were some communication problems and tardiness that could have been improved upon, our countertops were fabricated and installed on schedule. The company also upheld their product and promptly addressed any concerns we had post-installation.

Upon my request, they provided me with a quote, in which the representative disclosed that he was giving me a higher quote because he preferred to avoid providing me with a lower estimate. He justified the price by sharing that he only added a small amount to last year's price, and if the cost of the stone came out lower, he would have reduced the quote accordingly. Nevertheless, upon completing the work, he acknowledged that he made an error in measuring and had to purchase extra stone. To his credit, he owned his mistake and stated that he would not charge me for it. However, when he returned to the shop to process payment, he contacted me and informed me that he would be charging me the full price, including the amount he under-quoted me. When I questioned him, he made light of the situation by saying that it ended up costing more than what he had quoted me. I decided to pay the full amount, even though it was significantly more than the original quote, as I did not want to argue over a few hundred dollars. As I reviewed the receipts, I noticed that despite his assurance that he added only a small amount to last year's price, the final receipt reflected that he charged me more for the stone than what he had previously quoted even though he had already included an amount for inflation. The entire experience seems unethical and shady, and I cannot trust this company. Furthermore, his worker had left a mess in my yard, including trash, water bottles, stones scattered in my grass, and damage to one of my small trees. In conclusion, this company lacks customer service and attention to detail, and I will not use them for any future projects.

The attentiveness they displayed towards our requests is reflected in the high-quality work they produced. It is without reservation that I recommend TSS and look forward to engaging them for our future projects.
