On 11-9-2022, I began the estimation process with Roof Masters Inc., who claimed they would match any competitor's pricing for identical projects. I acquired two additional estimates beyond theirs, both of which were lower by $1,000.00. I communicated this information with Carlos Reyes, proxy manager at #134296 SP, as requested, and forwarded him the estimates. However, despite following up with him twice, I received no communication from the company. Their customer service leaves something to be desired. The fact that they had offered to price match already suggested that their rates were inflated. I suggest finding another company to avoid a waste of time.

Our one hundred year old house had a remarkable roof replacement job done by The Roof Masters. We found them on CrackerJack website and researched recommendations on Yelp, Home Adviser, and the CA State Licensing Board, with no negative feedback to be found. Although our original plan was to get three estimates, our experience meeting with project manager, Jhonny Martinez, sealed the deal for us; his conduct was professional yet friendly, and he provided a thorough inspection of the roof with photos, as well as a complete estimate of removal, installation and warranty of the new roof. The cost was pleasing and the installation process run by company owner, Rudy Verdugo, was well-monitored and executed by Job Foreman, Frankie, and his crew of three. The crew was polite, prompt and diligent in their work, cleaning around our property every day and finishing the job in only three days' time. We are so impressed with The Roof Masters that we would definitely hire them again for any further roofing needs!
