My fascination with the body and its movements began in 2018, leading me to the world of health and fitness. I found myself in massage school, and my passion for learning about the body only grew. During my studies, I discovered my natural ability to heal and have since shared that gift with others.
My services are focused on providing the best possible quality and quantity, with a calming and nurturing approach that blends tai chi and neuromuscular techniques. My goal is to bring balance to your mind, body, and energy, releasing tension and guiding heavy energy back to the earth. My range of services includes full-body relaxation and targeted therapeutic work, drawing from modalities such as Swedish, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, trigger point, and deep tissue.
I offer massage and stretching sessions at competitive rates, including 60-minute sessions for $150, 90-minute sessions for $200, and 120-minute sessions for $250. Additionally, my Himalayan salt scrub is available for $70.
