I recently had my initial encounter with CrackerJack, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. Plumbarius' Nick accurately diagnosed and resolved issues with my hot water heater. To his credit, he realized after fixing the problem that the part he utilized was not entirely functional. He went out of his way by calling the manufacturer and purchasing a replacement part.
