I had the fencing, attic, and other wooden structures checked and was apprehensive about the outcome. Although there were indications of unwelcome visitors at some point, the inspector concluded that no immediate action was necessary. We completed the inspection and discussed future treatments that may be needed in a year or two. The service was provided free of charge and I plan on contacting them again in the future. Thank you.
