Due to a tight schedule, I had to move to a different state with a small load, which is not ideal during peak season. Fortunately, The Perfect Move was more than willing to take on the job. My goal was to have everything packed on a Friday and delivered to my new home the next morning so I could set up and work on Monday. DJ provided me with a quick quote and conducted a socially-distanced inventory via phone by reviewing pictures and talking me through all of our belongings. When the moving day arrived, the movers, Ben and Gabi, even brought extra materials to safely wrap up a few valuable paintings. For packing supplies, I recommend talking to DJ rather than going to Uhaul or Amazon for better prices. Overall, the move went smoothly and The Perfect Move made me feel like family rather than just a customer. Lastly, it's crucial to ensure that any moving company you hire has a United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) number to avoid being scammed by dishonest movers.
