As professionals, we are charged a fee of $30 for every message/inquiry we receive. If you have general inquiries or simply need organizing tips, please feel free to email me directly. I am happy to assist you in any way I can.

ABOUT US

The Model Home is a full-service professional organizing company. We are experienced in organizing everything from closets and garages, to offices and beyond. Our expertise even extends to the unique challenges of chronic disorganization and hoarding.

We are proud to offer additional services such as home unpacking and space planning, and have worked with clients ranging from professional athletes to celebrities to everyday families in the midst of a move. Above all, however, we strive to create judgment-free, relaxing spaces for our clients.

Our work has been featured in a number of prestigious publications, including The Wall Street Journal, House Beautiful, and People Magazine.

RATES

Our hourly rates are as follows:
1 organizer - $90/hr
2 organizers - $165/hr
3 organizers - $240/hr
4 organizers - $315/hr

Please note that rates for Eryn, the owner of The Model Home, will vary.

Please also keep in mind that our hourly rates are non-negotiable. The length of time required for each project will vary depending on its unique circumstances.

TEAM PROJECTS

We have a team of seven organizers available to work on your project, ensuring that it is completed efficiently.

ESTIMATES/CONSULTATIONS

While it is difficult to provide an estimate for organization projects, we can review photos and videos of your space and prepare accordingly. We do not provide quotes but can give you a better idea of the process once we start working with you.

DEPOSIT FEE

To secure your initial appointment date, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your appointment total. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours' notice.

FINAL PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately following services rendered. An invoice will be sent via email and payment can be made through Square, Venmo, or Zelle.
