In the autumn season, Larry undertook the landscaping for our office and continues to execute general maintenance tasks for us. The area in front of our building was unappealing, plagued with overgrown bushes that were eyesores, and created hazards for our staff. Tree branches also scraped the tops of cars passing by, weeds were uncontrollable, ivy was out of control, and other such issues abounded. Larry invested time to survey the property and then formulated a plan to enhance its appeal. He initiated the process by eliminating the bushes, which made it safer for our personnel to stay after hours, and improved the area's aesthetic value. He further proceeded to trim the branches, eliminate weeds, and prune and weed the ivy. He also cleared all weeds in a rock garden that remained undiscovered before. Furthermore, Larry cleaned multiple flower-beds and planted around 1000 flower-bulbs and placed mulch over the flower-beds. Our excitement for Spring knows no bounds with the anticipation of spotting the flowers in bloom! Larry has always been punctual concerning work. He ensures that things are accomplished in a professional manner. Upon finishing his job, he takes a moment to step back and evaluate his work. If he detects any defect or elements that can be made to look better, he works on the task until the desired result is attained. He is dedicated to his work, and it translates in the exceptional work he delivers. It can be concluded that we couldn't have asked for a more accomplished and dedicated worker than Larry.
