Joseph was an excellent collaborator, which came as no surprise based on his outstanding reviews. In his role as a first-time CrackerJack user, he was prompt in his responses and thoroughly addressed all of my inquiries. When I purchased a couch from a thrift store and required assistance with transport and disposal of my old, broken futon, Joseph graciously stepped in to pick up, deliver, and dispose of both items. The fact that I am unable to lift heavy objects myself and do not possess a truck made engaging Joseph for the task significantly easier than having to navigate renting a truck and coordinating with friends. Additionally, Joseph arrived wearing a mask—a gesture that I appreciated given the current climate in which many people are not adhering to this protective measure. Throughout the experience, Joseph demonstrated warmth, approachability, and efficiency. Without hesitation, I intend to reach out to Joseph the next time I have a household project or require new furniture, and potentially even for assistance with relocating to a new apartment.

Joseph is truly exceptional. He responded promptly and was ready for the task the next day. Our bulky sofa couldn't fit through the narrow entrance, but Joseph went beyond our expectations. He thoughtfully explored all the possibilities and eventually removed the window frame to safely move the sofa without causing any harm to our furniture or home.
