Since 2018, I've served as an ordained minister named Amber. To help couples have a memorable and ever-lasting wedding experience, I founded Elkhart Everlasting Elopement and offer various pricing options. Additionally, we recently launched The Locale Bartender for Hire in 2021, which operates as a dry hire business to comply with Indiana laws. As such, it's crucial to note that the host is responsible for providing or purchasing any liquor consumed at the event, and we cannot operate a cash bar as we lack the required license to sell alcohol.
