My work is largely informed by the "Ten Bases of Leadership," which I explore in my book, "Lead Me Out to the Ballgame: Stories and Strategies to Develop Major League Leadership." Drawing on insights from interviews with over 100 Major League Baseball players, managers, and executives, my presentations provide participants with actionable strategies to become exceptional leaders in their own lives.
