He is recognized as an accredited attorney with the U.S. Veterans Administration (VA), a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Vorbeck's wife, Jodi, is also an attorney and works alongside him.

In addition to serving clients, Mr. Vorbeck is active in his community. He volunteers as a coach for several sports teams at the local YMCA, is the chairman of his church's finance committee, and sits on the board of directors for a local school charitable foundation. As a longtime Florida resident, Mr. Vorbeck enjoys boating, golfing, and other outdoor activities with his family.
