In the subsequent 50-minute follow-up session, we'll build on the progress made previously, ensuring that you achieve your health objectives. To decide the best suited treatment plan, a thorough assessment of what works well for you will be conducted.
The treatment options I offer include traditional as well as gentle Japanese Acupuncture, non-insertive Acupuncture, and hands-on bodywork. Depending on individual cases, we may also integrate additional therapies such as moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, tuning forks, essential oils, cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release, so-tai, and shiatsu.
