The Home Doctor

The first meeting was wonderful, we deliberated on various options for windows. The follow-up was quite beneficial too. Although the work is yet to be finished, the progression is positive!

While I'm pleased to have been able to negotiate somewhat on the price of my gutter and window installation, I'm thoroughly disappointed that I wasn't informed that the company handling my window replacement would also be in charge of replacing the fascia for my gutter. Although I knew beforehand that Home Doctor would require a minimum of eight weeks for the window replacement, I was assured that the gutter replacement would take no longer than four weeks. However, given that I'm currently experiencing water damage and needed the gutters replaced first and urgently, I expressed my concerns to them. They promised to look into a temporary solution to address the faulty gutter situation, but it's now been two weeks and I haven't received any updates.

I was extremely satisfied with the sliding glass door that Home Doctor installed for me. Initially, I had a few concerns but they were all promptly addressed within 24 hours of the installation. Overall, I am pleased with their work and will definitely consider them for any future projects!

On behalf of my parents, I sent a message to them and they reached out to my father to proceed with the discussion and obtain more information on his preferences. With any luck, we will receive a quote from the Company shortly and their assistance with the remaining summer initiatives on the house will be invaluable.

The window installation was a success, with high-quality and well-insulated windows installed. A team of 5 professionals completed the job efficiently, only leaving for lunch and finishing by 3:30pm. I highly recommend the Home Doctor for any window installation needs.
