My older model Jenn-air combo oven/microwave wall unit had a broken microwave, for which Jenn-air insisted on us replacing the entire unit. This was quite unreasonable. Fortunately, JIC dispatched Mike & Mike to visit us and they were able to efficiently identify and resolve the problem within an hour at a reasonable price. They even shared some helpful tips on maintaining the longevity of our appliances.
