On my initial visit to this place, I sought after assistance for one of my projects. Arnaldo's courteousness and exceptional work in fitting my dishwasher left me in awe. Despite the rigorous work on my property which took considerable amount of time, he worked tirelessly with grace. I am utterly pleased with my decision to go with him and I wholeheartedly suggest him to everyone without any reservation. I express my sincere gratitude for the fantastic work.

My new dishwasher installation was performed by Arnaldo, who did an exceptional job! The unit's height was a tad too big for the space available. As a result, he had to cut some tiles and put in extra effort to get it fitted. He was conscientious and attentive, and his work was beyond satisfactory! The final result is stunning, and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Additionally, he installed a specialized outlet for the dishwasher, demonstrating his keen attention to detail and expertise. Without reservation, I would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent installation services.

Your work was excellent and very professional. However, I was surprised by the final cost, which came to $555.00 including $45.00 for parts from Lowe's. The plumber was here for about 4 hours, and had to go to the store due to complications caused by worn-out plumbing. The estimate I received online was only $180.00 for installation, and even with the extra work required to replace old fixtures, it still works out to around $138.00 per hour. Later that evening, water started gushing out from the repaired pipe while I was replacing things under the sink. I called the plumber, and he quickly replaced the other faulty fixture. The second bill was $180.00, and he kindly did not charge me for the additional replacement part. I understand that there may be a fee associated with CrackerJack's services. Was that the reason for the price increase from the original estimate? I do not recall seeing a disclosure that the estimate did not include an extra fee. I have no complaints about the quality of service provided, but I would appreciate an itemized invoice showing the costs of installation and repair separately. Please respond via email or phone call. Throughout the entire process, Arnaldo was highly communicative, notifying us ahead of time when he would arrive and alerting us via text in the event of a traffic delay. He even went above and beyond by updating us during the installation and sourcing the appropriate hose from the store. His work was done with great attention to detail, and he tidied up after himself upon completion. In today's climate, it's not uncommon for major appliance stores to schedule installation dates two to three months in advance. Therefore, Arnaldo's efficient and meticulous work was truly remarkable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
