I communicated my requirement of installing three keyless deadbolts into wood doors to the operator. However, when the installer arrived a few days later, they did not have the necessary materials and assumed I already had them. This crucial detail should have been clarified during the phone discussion.
The installer informed me that the parts would be ordered, but it has been over a week and I have not received any update or response from them. Their lack of communication and poor customer service have been disappointing.
