True to his word, he began and concluded the project within the time frame he set. Bill replaced the aged birch floors in my kitchen with new hardwood flooring that blended seamlessly with the existing floors. The old floors were flawed with noticeable gaps, but Bill was able to fill in the gaps exceedingly well, exceeding my expectations. He maintained open communication throughout the project, conducted himself with professionalism, and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship. Most importantly, he was an all-around nice guy. Bill's crew was respectful of our home, ensuring that it was clean and immediately usable after their work was complete. We highly recommend him, especially given that we received only two bids from flooring professionals, and the others were quoting $10k more than Bill's quote for the exact same amount of work. Our floors' 100-year-old character has been preserved to our satisfaction.
