Cee, as he prefers to be called, is simply fantastic! I've been learning boxing from him for the last three weeks and he's been doing a stellar job. Before Carlos I had trained with several trainers. However, one day my friend Greg recommended me to train with Carlos. At that time, I weighed 263 pounds and stood at 5'10". But now, I weigh 185 pounds. Carlos, I owe you my heartfelt gratitude for everything you have done for me. You have incredibly transformed my life and boosted my self-confidence. When I first met Cee, I was a bit doubtful, having had previous trainers who didn't justify my investment of time and money. However, I must acknowledge his expertise and dedication to keeping me accountable as I worked to shed some weight. Thanks to "Coach Crown C," I was able to lose 15 lbs. in just over a month. Although we parted ways due to his relocation, he encouraged me to continue online training with him at a more affordable rate, and even reprimanded me when I fell behind.
