Jake arrived punctually for the on-site assessment of the repair needs. The written estimate was delivered at 5 pm. Although Jake estimated that the task would take approximately two weeks, I made him aware of my upcoming surgery and requested that the repairs be performed before the procedure due to safety concerns. I highly commend Jake for his superb workmanship.
