Cass and Tannus are exceptional individuals. They have assisted our entire family in making walks with our dog on the leash a comfortable and relaxed experience. Previously, encountering another dog while on a walk was a source of anxiety, as our dog would bark and drag us along. Nonetheless, after only three sessions with these experts, our dog was able to walk beside a leashed dog without exhibiting any barking or pulling behavior. I strongly endorse their services.

Tanis and Kass surpassed all of my expectations in training Canela. Previously, Canela would use her crate and various corners of my house as her bathroom. After completing the board and train program, Canela has learned to use the bells to indicate when she needs to go out, along with mastering commands such as sit, down, stay, and place. Even when I'm cooking, Canela no longer begs or jumps at the dining table for food. Moreover, due to her calmer disposition, she accompanies me on store outings without jumping or nipping at people or my children's faces. She now allows us to groom her without attacking the brush, and she is completely crate trained, able to sleep soundly in her bed beside us without any accidents. I'm extremely grateful that Tanis and Kass were able to address all of our issues, as they provided in-house guidance throughout the entire training process.
