The company I used was excellent. Initially, they were quite busy and were unable to schedule us for a few weeks. However, they followed up with a prompt call offering us an earlier appointment. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process, and they were able to carry out the service quickly and proficiently. I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service they provided and the competitive price they offered. Additionally, they went the extra mile by cleaning our dryer vent and servicing our heater at no extra cost. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience.
