Although I was dreading the disruption to my service, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and attentiveness of these individuals. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and even began with the baby's room so that we could close the door while they worked on the remaining rooms. The 15-year-old ducts were quite dirty, and they even documented the before and after with photos. It's amazing the difference a proper cleaning can make. They also noticed a potential issue with one of the ceiling registers, which they addressed to improve airflow.
