Less than two months before our 200-person sit-down dinner, our original caterer withdrew, and we found Chef Paul on this website. From our very first call, Chef Paul exuded warmth, professionalism, enthusiasm, and understanding, taking us under his wing as first-time event planners. Our event was held in the non-traditional space of the Museum of Discovery and Science, which Chef Paul had not worked in before, but the event went off flawlessly and on-budget. Chef Paul's humor, unshakeable confidence, and experience helped calm our nerves throughout the planning process. Even with last-minute reports of dietary restrictions, Chef Paul accommodated and exceeded our expectations. The Dancing Palate team was lovely, the mojitos were the best we've tasted, and the food was phenomenal. We firmly believe that there is no better caterer in South Florida than Chef Paul and his team. Thank you so much, Dancing Palate!!!

Upon inquiring, Chef immediately greeted me with kindness, transparency, and an eagerness to aid in coordinating our celebration. He effortlessly suggested a fantastic menu tailored to my preferences, and also presented his complete online menu for potential alterations. During the event, both Chef and his son delivered a delectable feast, accompanied by captivating anecdotes and melodies.
