I engaged the services of the Curtis Group to conduct several renovations on my property, including demolishing a wall between the formal living room and family room, painting the walls, installing lighting fixtures, and laying wooden flooring that matched the rest of the house. However, during the initial phase of wall demolition, it became clear that alterations needed to be made due to the ventilation system of the house. Curtis was extremely accommodating and collaborative, working closely with me to revise the project plan and complete all tasks, excluding the wall demolition. Miguel's craftsmanship was exceptional, and I even added a minor project to the original works, which was executed flawlessly. Collaborating with Curtis and Miguel during the renovation of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a delightful experience. They skillfully brought our designs to life and maintained open communication throughout the entire project. Despite encountering some challenges in the kitchen, such as having to reposition plumbing and air ducts due to the removal of 2 bulkheads and a pantry, they handled every issue efficiently.
