NRN was fantastic! He was able to locate and resolve the issue in under 2 hours, and the total cost for both parts and labor was only half of what I expected. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke it soon after. However, NRN returned, disassembled everything, and removed a small piece of broken glass that I had accidentally dropped into the dishwasher drain pump. Despite only requesting gas money, I insisted on paying him double, as I was extremely grateful for his help.
