Today, Joao cleaned my house exceptionally well. He responded promptly and arrived with a positive and amiable attitude. Joao proved very observant and helpful in identifying areas that required cleaning including rat droppings that went unnoticed but he was able to clean regardless. He was attentive to ensure everything looked great, going above and beyond and even doing additional cleaning. I am grateful for his assistance and anticipate his monthly deep cleaning for my home. In a rush to move out of my house and prepare for a move out inspection the following day, I reached out to The Cleaning Guy. Joao was amazing! Despite the extremely short notice, he was able to deliver an outstanding service. We were getting ready for a party but noticed that all of our outdoor furniture was overrun by spiderwebs and dirt. Thankfully, Joao and his assistant came to the rescue and, impressively, they completed the job in less than the promised three-hour window. The result? Our outdoor spaces were transformed into clean and beautiful areas. Throughout the process, Joao was friendly, cooperative, and positive. It was a pleasure to work with him.
