As an enthusiastic dog trainer, I firmly believe in the power of balance training as an effective method to teach dogs. Throughout my years working with diverse breeds, sizes, and dispositions, I have discovered that balance training techniques can be individualized to meet each dog's specific needs.
My journey as a trainer began ten years ago when I adopted my first rescue dog. Observing my furry friend struggle with basic skills, I pursued professional dog training to learn about canine behaviors and the different training methods to enhance their learning.
My training philosophy centers on forming a solid bonding and relationship with each dog to establish trust. I strive to assist dogs in understanding their limits while guiding them to make informed choices.
With my expertise in balance training, I have had tremendous success in teaching basic orders such as sit, stay, come, and heel. In addition, I have also worked with dogs with more complex behavioral issues, such as fear-based behaviors, separation anxiety, and aggression. Using regular training and positive reinforcement, I help these dogs to overcome their obstacles and lead productive and well-adjusted lives.
In training sessions, I combine several techniques, such as verbal cues, positive reinforcement, leash and collar adjustments. I always pay attention to each dog's body posture and adjust my methods accordingly to keep them safe and comfortable.
As a trainer, there is no more gratifying experience than seeing the transformation of dogs and their owners. Witnessing the happiness on dogs' faces when they execute commands or the relief in their owners' expressions when their dog overcomes an obstacle motivates me to continue my work.
