Felipe was highly responsive and proficient in communication, promptly addressing queries as they arose. He ensured our satisfaction at the beginning and end of the job before accepting final payment. The floor finishers were also well-informed and helpful in clarifying their process, despite the old, heavily damaged state of the floors, with numerous nail and staple marks, and the need for replacing boards from a hall closet floor. Furthermore, they presented us with color samples to choose from. Ultimately, the floors looked fantastic.
