Alex exhibited excellent communication skills both before and after the job, was consistently punctual, and demonstrated the utmost professionalism and respect. Additionally, he provided informative before and after videos, which were particularly helpful given the age of the house and likely lack of previous duct cleaning. Finally, out of the seven quotes I received, Alex's was the most competitive and affordable. Overall, I strongly endorse his services.

The vent technician named Sergei who serviced my vents was punctual and respectful. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge in his trade and alerted me to all the problems found during his initial inspection of the unit. Sergei also asked if I had ever cleaned the vents, to which I responded that IAQ Medics, an HVAC company, had cleaned out all the ducts last year after I purchased and moved into the house. However, Sergei disagreed, stating that the dryer vents had never been cleaned. He even showed me pictures and videos of what the dryer pipes looked like. I was disappointed with the previous company's work and began to question their integrity as a home service provider. Sergei skillfully worked for 3 1/2 hours to correct these "mishaps" and charged me a reasonable fee. I am absolutely satisfied with this company's services and will ensure to hire them again for any duct cleaning needs.

In September, I contacted them for their services, but chose to postpone until after our home renovation. Once ready, I reconnected with them and was able to schedule an appointment. They guided me through the process, and after a thorough cleaning of all vents and ducts, I was given the option of having other items cleaned as well. However, I declined as I intended to replace them soon. Due to the previous homeowner's dog, the amount of dust and debris in the ducts was significant. But, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their work. I plan to rehire them in two years to maintain our ducts, and I am extremely satisfied with their service.
