Upon meeting Jean, there's an immediate reassurance that your beloved pet is in capable hands. My delight was unparalleled upon seeing Izzy - a particularly sizable Sheltie with an exquisite, lustrous coat. His posterior fuzz was maintained without being trimmed, and he strolled into the waiting room with a newfound swagger. Jean exhibits extraordinary attentiveness, carefully attending to every aspect of Izzy's fur, from his paws to his tail. As both her skill and warmth were abundant, Jean's pricing was exceedingly reasonable and, in point of fact, inexpensive. It's without question that I will be returning.

My long-haired cat is quite difficult to handle, but Jean managed to groom him exceptionally well. She even shaved him in a manner that made him resemble an adorable lion! Finding someone who can groom cats, especially those with a feisty temperament such as mine, is a challenge. However, Jean has also groomed my other cat (who is much easier to handle) last year, and she did a remarkable job. This was not my first time using her services, and rest assured, I will be going to her again in the future!

Hobbes was dissatisfied with his cumbersome coat that was challenging to keep tidy and in good condition. However, once he received a grooming, he felt more self-assured, content, and he exuded a pleasant fragrance. Well done!

Jean did an excellent job. She quickly and efficiently trimmed the nails of my two cats while being very kind and providing me with great tips. It only took us 15 minutes to finish. Moreover, she is conveniently located right down the street from me. She's truly fantastic!
