Vince is absolutely fantastic. Recently, I experienced a terrible time with the delivery of my outdoor play set and despite it being out of my control, he was very understanding and accommodating. His level of responsiveness surpasses all other contractors and handymen I've ever worked with, and he completed the job faster than I had anticipated. Additionally, he prioritized my children's safety by not installing a particular support beam that could have caused harm on the spiral slide. He even took the time to explain the reasoning behind his decision. I will undoubtedly hire Vince again for future home projects.
