In a Reiki session, I assist in unclogging blocked energy channels and redirecting energy to promote balance, relaxation, and groundedness. Additionally, intuitive messages may be uncovered.
In a mentoring session, I help you reconstruct your perspective, detect behavioral patterns, and promote self-growth from within.
To cater to your individual process, I also offer personalized packages that combine any or all of these modalities. My ultimate goal is to help you rediscover and embrace your authentic self.
