I was charged $140 despite not finding a solution to my concern. My issue was the presence of a greasy substance on my clothes after washing. I thoroughly inspected all water inlet and outlet connections on the washer before calling in Appliance Tech for assistance. I requested professional help to pull out the tub instead of doing it myself. However, I was advised that dismantling the washer to locate the grease source would result in thousands of dollars in part replacement. Instead, I was instructed to run more cleaning cycles on top of the ones I had already completed.
