The new house we bought appeared to be cleanly painted gray, but upon closer inspection, it was covered in dust and soot from the neglected fireplace. Terrell's team did an excellent job tackling the overwhelming mess, cleaning every nook and cranny. Although they missed a few small spots, such as those hidden behind the previous owner's abundance of Christmas lights, we were thoroughly satisfied with the job they did.

We communicated solely through CrackerJack chat and I granted him access to the keybox to clean the house. He sent me videos of the finished result. The following day I visited the property to inspect and verify 👍. His work was excellent - it enabled me to hold an open house and rent the property within 10 days of closing.

Working with Terrel King of Clean was an excellent experience, and their team did an absolutely fantastic job with our move-out cleaning. They were responsive to our messages and promptly addressed all of our questions prior to scheduling. Furthermore, they accommodated us when we suddenly had to leave our residence earlier than anticipated, necessitating their services after our departure. They had no problem accessing our lockbox and even sent us numerous photographs of their work before departing, allowing us to view their work before paying. We highly recommend them!
