Heading into the 4th of July weekend, my AC unit acted up on a Friday afternoon. The unit was giving me trouble with high condensation and a filled secondary pan, causing the sensor to stop the unit. If they perform any service, there will be an additional charge of $125. Recently, they installed a nest for me. When I realized that the heat wasn't working, I tried to contact them through messaging and phone calls, but received no response. It seems like the heating and cooling function is only sporadically functioning, and it's impossible to reach them through phone. I will go to the BBB next.
