From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to partner with Devon in resolving our basement leakage issue. He promptly replied and provided expert guidance in determining the optimal solution for our home. The scheduling was also adaptable, and he and his team performed outstandingly while installing the system. Overall, it was an excellent investment. I enlisted Tedesco's services for the replacement of a well and the waterproofing of a wall on my commercial property. Though the beginning was tumultuous, with the arrival of a company named Forever Watertite on the day of the job, it appeared that Tedesco had either merged with or acquired the company. Devon, who I had previously dealt with, was not present, resulting in some miscommunication and subsequent issues. Upon returning the following day to inspect the job's completion, I was disappointed. The wells were stacked together, bent to fit, and placed in such a way that exposed areas were left uncovered next to the window that was meant to be waterproofed. Furthermore, the grate did not sit flush with the window due to the well's misshapen fit, and was instead mounted on bolts attached to the brick. Devon was willing to rectify the situation and did make an attempt, resulting in a product that fell short of perfection but was improved nonetheless. While the installation of the appropriate well should have been done initially, I do commend Devon for his transparency and effort in making amends.

The experience was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating as there was a no call no show from Tedasco. I would strongly advise against utilizing their services. Furthermore, my husband had to take the day off from work just to be present for the estimate, which never materialized.
