Our new home in Piedmont had a classic design from the late 1920s, but with outdated upgrades from the 1960s. We originally hired a different architect to handle the first round of structural upgrades, but were left dissatisfied as they lacked the vision to truly unlock the home's potential. After turning to Tecta, we were presented with a completely fresh perspective on the space. Lead architect, Ahmad Mohazab, showcased his innate talent for creating unique designs that were as striking visually as they were practical in use. Our master suite was transformed from a simple "hat room" and sleeping porch into a gorgeous and functional space, and a guest bathroom was added to the main floor. Additionally, Tecta upgraded the entryway, resulting in a grander entrance to our home. Ahmad was a skilled mediator when my wife and I disagreed on certain design and layout elements and was able to lead us to a resolution we were both happy with. Furthermore, permitting was a breeze due to Ahmad's deep understanding of local codes and strong personal connections within the city council and planning commission. We strongly recommend Tecta for any home renovation needs.
