Since both of my babies underwent training, I have received numerous compliments on their progress. Chad has been incredible by addressing all of my concerns and promptly providing suggestions to improve the dogs' quality of life. The team at the training center has done wonders for my pups. Though one of my dogs has a somewhat challenging personality, Chad informed me early on that he would require more work. Nevertheless, since completing training, I feel much more capable of handling both of my dogs with confidence. Throughout the process, Chad kept me informed and sent helpful videos with tips on how to manage my pets. My dogs enjoyed spending time with their 'uncle' Chad, and their happy faces in the photos from the training speak volumes about the quality of care they received. TeamFloppyEars came to our rescue just in time for Cooper. We had almost given him up for re-homing because he was more of a handful than we anticipated. Our adorable puppy had a surplus of energy and a very short attention span, which made training an almost impossible task. Faced with the daunting task of managing Cooper, I was completely over my head. In an effort to organize a virtual session for my resource guarding dog, I contacted Chad. Shortly after, Chad gladly replied and scheduled our session for the next day. During the session, Chad attentively listened to my worries and asked a plethora of questions to grasp our unique situation with our furry friend. He provided excellent advice and clarified the correct procedures for utilizing an e collar, which our previous trainer had not done. Since then, we have made significant advancements and appreciate Team Floppy Ears for presenting virtual sessions and guiding us with our beloved Blue.

Chad was able to completely transform my 4 and a half month old French Bulldog who was previously chaotic, cute, difficult to control, often peeing indoors, and refused to go on walks or follow any commands. Chad could undoubtedly be deemed the "dog Moses" as he was a godsend, making my little furry friend obedient while still maintaining his unique personality. My pup's confidence levels have skyrocketed and Chad has equipped me with all the necessary tools to properly raise him. He now obeys basic commands like sit, down, and stay, and can even go on 2-hour hikes with ease. (I have photographic proof of my 5-month-old Frenchie hiking a steep hill.) Prior to Chad's training, my pup struggled with even basic activities like going up curbs but now climbs 10-stair flights with ease. Chad knows what he's doing and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to develop a more peaceful relationship with their dog of any age. Even after our training sessions, Chad has stayed in constant communication, always available to answer any questions and genuinely invested in helping me manage my dog. His wife Kyla is a lovely person and his colleague Jose has done amazing work with my Elroy that I doubt I could put into words. In summary, I'm giving Chad's training camp an outstanding review of 100/100. He's a true animal lover, treats each of his client's pets like they're his own, and has an abundance of knowledge and expertise that should not be missed out on. I cannot praise TFE enough. When I enlisted Chad to train my Dalmatian, the results exceeded my expectations.
