Team Brunson was exceptional! They responded promptly to my inquiry on a weekend afternoon and arranged for our appointment without delay as we were trying to evade an approaching tropical storm. Despite running a tad bit behind schedule, which was nobody's fault but the weather, they kept me informed throughout the process. They attentively listened to my requests, and offered suggestions and efficiently completed a significant job. They tidied up half an acre of leaves, gutters, and the roof; mulching everything as instructed into the yard/grass (they also provided to dispose of clippings and leaves if required), and mowed the lawns, all while ensuring that everything was cleaned up when they were finished. Since I have a battle with willow oaks and maples, we've established a schedule to prevent this from becoming a problem in the future and becoming too costly. They are considerate and polite, making them a pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to their assistance throughout fall and into the following year! 😃
