As Owner, Founder, and Personal Coach, I use Motivating, Encouraging, and Teaching Techniques to help clients overcome mental barriers and physical limitations, achieving the results they desire and deserve. My approach involves listening to clients and understanding their needs thoroughly to provide personalized assistance.
I primarily offer remote services, but I also provide in-person fitness training for clients within reasonable travel distance. Call for Details.
My services include Fitness Training and Coaching, Buddy Training, Individual Training, and Health + Wellness Coaching. Health + Wellness Coaching is for those who wish to maintain their health and exercise routines. The cost is $150 per month for two sessions. In addition to these services, I also offer an Accountability Healthy Eating Plan and an Online Life Coaching program geared to women who wish to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
As a Master Certified Personal Trainer since 2003, I have taught clients ranging from 19 to 90 years old. My qualifications also include completing the USM program by Peter Sage, and I aspire to get to the core root of personal problems through deeper questioning. I pay careful attention to clients' physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, adapting my methods to suit their individual needs. I offer different coaching sessions with varying lengths and prices.
