TDH installed two sets of my HVAC and did so with great efficiency. Their superb team completed the installation in just two days. I was initially concerned about the quality of the sheet metal work, given that other workers have taken shortcuts in the past. However, I was extremely impressed with how well everything was done. We reached out to TDH to request a new split air conditioning system for our equipment room. Within three business days, the installation was completed and our engineering team had a great experience with the process. They took care to cover all of our equipment and tidied up afterwards. Additionally, their quote was $3,000 less than another one we had received!

I installed new condensers and furnaces, with one unit in the basement and the other in the attic. The condensers needed to be relocated, and the company provided a quick estimate within a day or two of my request. Following the installation, a few problems arose, which they promptly resolved within 24 hours of my reporting them. Although it took three additional visits to fully resolve the issues, they eventually fixed everything without any further problems.
