When I was partway through my consultation, I made the decision to work with Trainer Cole. I was impressed by his level of professionalism and carefully crafted service, as well as his honesty about his capabilities. Our first session and every subsequent session have consistently met the high standard that he set during our initial conversation.
Trainer Cole provides me with ongoing support, and I never feel like I'm alone in my weight loss journey thanks to his regular check-ins, goal-setting, and thorough explanations of exercises and their purpose. Despite meeting virtually, our workouts feel as if we are training together in person.

Starting my weight loss journey was no easy feat, but with Trainer Cole’s guidance, things have been much smoother. From our first intake call, I knew I was in good hands.
