Tod performed admirably in tiling our fireplace wall. He went above and beyond by removing the previous tile and making modifications to the floor to enhance the final aesthetic. He presented transparent pricing from the outset, with no unexpected expenses at project's end. It was evident that he took pride in his work and was not hurrying to complete the work prematurely, as he conscientiously took his time to ensure it was executed to perfection. We requested additional cutting on the corners which required more time, but Tod took on the challenge and delivered excellent results. We would unquestionably engage Tod for future tile projects.

Their work is unreliable and lacked professionalism. Our agreement included tiling the bathroom, installing a backsplash in the kitchen and replacing the basement and stair carpet with LVT. Although the tile work is satisfactory, there were some minor issues which are understandable. The project took longer than anticipated and we needed it completed quickly due to a family death; however, we discovered a box of broken LVT and they attempted to use it anyway. Todd acknowledged the stairs needed attention and I ordered another box of LVT which took several weeks to arrive. After Todd expressed surprise at my inquiry, I attempted to contact him multiple times without any response. As a result, the stairs weren't even glued in and will need repair by another contractor. They are unresponsive to fixing any issues, so it's best to get it right the first time. Beware.

Where to start? TB Tiles exceeded expectations in professionalism, punctuality, value (offering the best quote), good communication, and quality of work. The experience from start to finish was exceptional, with the team proving courteous, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. The task at hand presented a significant challenge - a narrow, tall staircase with an accent wall. Despite these obstacles, TB Tiles managed to surmount them, demonstrating their hardworking mantra in the process. Even the fact that the tiles were made from recycled material did not deter the team, who dove right in. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with TB Tiles and we highly recommend their expertise.
