The morning after placing an ad on CrackerJack, Kamanta arrived at our home to repair the exterior faucet which had been draining into the wall. He arrived punctually and was patient in diagnosing the issue, returning multiple times for necessary parts. He persisted until the pipe was fixed and the faucet was securely replaced, all at a reasonable cost. The job required cutting into the drywall, carefully locating the water line adjacent to a gas line, and discovering that the copper pipe had split during the winter. Kamanta procured a new part from Home Depot and successfully threaded the new faucet through the masonry wall to connect it with the interior standpipe. Despite the tedium involved, he completed the task with excellence and we greatly appreciate his quick response, time and effort!
